Mexican Mint Healthy Drink Making Recipe


Mexican Mint 

Mexican Mint is a healthy fresh juice. It’s very tasty. In this blog, we are discussing how to make the Mexican Mint healthy drink.

Ingredients 
  • Sugar 
  • Mint
  • Ginger
  • Green Chilly
  • Water
  • Ice Cubes
  • Lime
  • Kaskas Seeds 
We need the ingredients that I mentioned before and a mixer blunder, this recipe is about one glass (300ml)
We can separate the ingredients into three parts. 
Part:1
Sugar (5 teaspoons)
Mint (mentioned in the video)
Ginger (one small piece)
Green Chilly (small one or small piece)
Water (100ml)
Ice (5 cubes)
Part:2
Lime (big one)
Part:3
Kaskas Seeds (2 or 3 teaspoons)

First, take the mixing jar and put part:1 ingredients and blend it well, after the blending put the part:2 ingredients (lime) now run the mixer 3 or 4 rounds after turn off the mixer blunder. 
Now take the drinking glass and put kaskas seeds in the glass then take the mixed juice and filter that in the glass 
Now enjoy the Mexican Mint
